This year’s workshop theme is “Numbers to Narratives: Data for Better Decisions.” The workshop provides insights into LED data products and professional development and networking opportunities for Labor Market Information directors; data analysts and data providers at state and federal agencies, nonprofit organizations, and businesses; and other data users.
Workshop sessions will feature useful applications of data made possible through the LED State/Federal partnership: the Quarterly Workforce Indicators (QWI), the Longitudinal Employer-Household Dynamics (LEHD) Origin-Destination Employee Statistics (LODES), OnTheMap or OnTheMap for Emergency Management, Job-to-Job Flows (J2J), Post-Secondary Employment Outcomes (PSEO), and Veteran Employment Outcomes (VEO).
The LED Partnership is a collaboration between state data agencies and the U.S. Census Bureau to leverage existing data in the development of new sources of economic and demographic information for policy makers and data users.
Details and an agenda, when available, will be posted in this location. Information on previous workshops can also be found at Workshops and Webinars - Longitudinal Employer-Household Dynamics.
