- 2017-08-21: Initial release
- 2017-09-01: Incorporates forgotten updates to j2japp descriptions. This does not affect the structure or contents of any released data files, but it affects the unreleased J2J app updates downstream.
- 2017-09-07: clarifying the version.txt description - removed the mention of fips replacing by geonum
- 2017-09-07: Moved stusps to the geography section, where it rightfully belongs.
